The emphasis is on variety, freshness and seasonal produce from the UK as much as possible with a range of good value options available from as little as £6 a box.
In addition to fresh organic fruit and veg, bread and delicious take-away food, there are bulk seeds, pulses and grains, frozen food, and special dietary products, plus organic skin care, herbal remedies and nutritional supplements. (And don't forget a little of what you fancy like organic chocolate). There is also an Ecover refill service and reverse-osmosis purified water for just 20p per litre.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff are always happy to deal with enquiries and order products not in stock and there are excellent bulk discounts and special offers always available.

Tucked away just off the main street opposite the entrance to Abney Park Cemetery is this wonderful shop established in 1975.
You won't find much fancy packaging here. Its Charity owners buy from co-operatives, workers' co-operatives and ethical groups to provide GM free wholefoods at low prices.
