About Lara
Lara suffered from symptoms of Candida and Irritable Bowel Syndrome for most of her life and found no answers within Conventional Medicine.
As a teenager she discovered the importance of diet in dealing with her imbalances, but despite a series of rigorous food programmes, the symptoms although improved, still persisted.
She soon realised that her emotional state, as well as her diet, was central to these health problems.
It was through Gaia and Eternal Light healing, Bach Flower Remedies, and Deeper Acting Flower, Crystal and Gem essences, that she was eventually able to clear these symptoms. After taking the Gaia foundation course, Lara realised that she wanted to pursue this method of healing professionally and acquired her advanced qualifications with the Academy of Eternal Light. Following this, she went on to study at the College of Vibrational Medicine, qualifying in 2004.
Whilst working to heal others, Lara also continues to focus on herself! Maintaining a healthy vegetarian, wholefood, organic diet, she also practices yoga and meditation.
Lara is in the process of studying to become a yoga for pregnancy and active birth teacher with the Active Birth Centre in North London.
Lara has a daughter who has received great benefit from regular healing and Bach Flower remedies.
